DAY 01:
18th December Orientation & Preparation Day

  • The group introduction session will take place during dinner time
  • Each group will be given three minutes to introduce themselves

Participants will visit:

19th December Rhythm of Lanka - Grand Cultural Show

✨ Group Registration & Participation Structure

Eligibility:

  • Overseas participant
  • Age Limit: 6 years to early 20s
  • Minimum Group Participants: 12 members

Note: Groups with 6–11 participants will be merged with another group for the performance.

  • Group Registration Fee: USD 1,000
  • Artist Registration Fee: USD 230 (per person)
  • Registration Closing Date: 19/05/2026

Example Group

Group Size: 14 Participants

Group Registration Fee = USD 1,000

Artist Fees = USD 230 × 14

= USD 3,220

TOTAL COST = USD 4,220

  • Promote and collect advertisements for the official event souvenir
  • Your group receives 20% commission from each advertisement

🏨 Accommodation Options for Group Members

Participants may select their preferred accommodation option according to their comfort and budget. The following options are available:

  1. Hotel accommodation in Colombo
  2. Apartment accommodation in Colombo
  3. Hostel accommodation at Nagananda University
  4. Staying at personal or relatives’ residences
 

Participants are free to choose any of the above options based on their personal preference.

Accommodation costs will be updated and shared based on selected preferences.
